Demo Team Finland
The core of the Finnish ski instructors’ Interski Vail 2027 demo team consists of 16
Finnish skiers, selected for the national team through demanding tests.
The team features both telemark and alpine specialists. It is made up of
seven women and nine men. These versatile skiers, most of them with an
alpine racing background, are the absolute elite of Finnish skiing.

Our values
Teamwork: One for all and all for one! A united team achieves the best results. We work to be the best skiing companions for one another!
Trust: We build trust in each other only by training and by skiing demonstrations together. We train to develop as athletic skiers and as versatile ski instructors.
Passion: Skiing together means ”involvement and joy”. We are excited to bring the Vail Interski themes into our demonstrations: Involve, innovate and inspire! Our passion is what welds us together.
We are ski instructors who love working outdoors. We represent Finland and strengthen the positive image of Finland as a winter wonderland.
Interski Vail 2027
Our project heads towards a working trip to America through a series of milestones. In April 2027 we travel to Vail Resort to represent Finnish ski instructors and to ”export” our expertise to the demonstrations. On site we take part in meetings and workshops so that we can ”import” the latest international ski teaching news, tips and links back to our colleagues.
We fly the Finnish flag high. Interski Levi 2023 was a great success; according to feedback from international participants, ”Levi was the best Interski of all time” – the quality of the snow, the smooth arrangements and Finland’s northern location created a setting that, together with the northern lights, left an unforgettable impression on the participants.
Interski Vail 2027
Our partners along for the journey
We work broadly together to promote snow sports. We share our expertise and respond to the varied needs of our partner companies. Among other things, we create experiences on the slopes for our partners’ internal and external stakeholders.
We also invite our partners to join a unique ski trip to Vail in spring 2027. It will be a wonderful journey in the very best skiing company – together we will create a memorable Interski experience.
